Took me 4 straight hours one morning and two hours in my hands were cramping and sweaty, I made it to the top but I missed the lamp post, I rage quit, came back after a couple hours, missed the jump twice but on the third time I finallly got on the lamp post. I screamed a scream of joy

Ah yes, i remember Kugane Tower
Took me 2 hours. I even have experience in jumping puzzles in mmos.
There's weird collision on the beams that'll cuck you multiple times.
Then there's the lamppost jump, which i missed the first time.
Good news is, once you do it, you can literally hop all the way back up like its nothing the second time.

Ugh, reminded me of the pain of GW2 and the frustrating jumping puzzles you have to do for important things like the dragon mount. Yeah, I will genuinely never do this in FF14 lol, absolutely not.

I haaaaaaaate jumping puzzles in this game. I am utterly worthless at them. I won't even bother anymore. I go to this game to relax and get away from stress, and jumping puzzles in this game are the complete opposite of that.
At least you didn't Eternal Bond your way up.

took me like 5 hrs first time.. didn't know other people knew about it and that there were guides n stuff.. but… to make sure I didn't waste my newfound skills… the first thing I did when logging on for the next month was going to the top :p

Took me an hour and a half to do this for the first time last night. THROUGH SOME IMMENSE FORTUNE I didn't mess up either of the jumps that sends you back down to the ground if you miss.
