  1. I definitely broke on the crystal path. This past decade has had it's fair share of trauma in it, and I feel like the writing really nailed the feeling of it in a lot of ways. I found the "topics" you could talk to Alphinaud and Alisaie about especially did a good job recreating what it feels like to grieve a big loss. From at first just moving forward on autopilot with nothing but the silence and your thoughts, to looking back on the way things were, to looking around you and trying to be there for each other, and then finally, you start to look ahead again to what lies ahead.

Honestly, I've felt this the whole way through FFXIV, but the writing is a beautiful accomplishment!

  2. 1:27:06 – We are already in the edge of the universe and this guy wants to go out on another adventure?! Honestly, I'm starting to believe that G'raha is more of a Azem than the Warrior of Light is.

1:27:37 – …and then they throw this theme music in there.

  3. This part has been a long time coming. Ever since during the Stormblood raids when we read about Omega just trying to find its way back home I was hoping we get to see what both the dragon and the robot civilizations were like.

20:49 Just poor timing that this race was named as such. That variant IRL has been one of the most contagious one I've ever seen

41:06 Such an amazing bit from the House of Ashes SGS playthrough. Alex sounded so confident in his answer.

47:41 Of course she had to try that last one too

58:22 I'm telling you, ever since the most recent Alliance Raid I can't just call this a coincidence

1:21:45 Spot on, basically seeing firsthand the kind of dead ends these civilizations reached as well as it's parallels to the ones we encountered in our journeys

1:24:37 Eternal Wind is such a wonderful, timeless song. I knew as soon as they start playing it a lot of tears will be shed

1:31:15 Such an amazing reveal, both the crystal path moving forward and the addition of the vocals in the music that was once muted when we entered this zone the first time

1:46:53 This is such an ominous place, nothing but deafening silence. Best/worst part is that you never even get to learn about what happened to the people in this place. Not every mystery needs to be revealed

1:55:32 These twins has come such a long way since ARR, I love them both so much. Like Jesse, even though somehow I knew that things were gonna be okay, I couldn't help but pause a bit just to take in what was happening

2:06:18 What a great way to tell who it is just by showing Krile's expressions. Of all people here it'd make sense that she was the one who immediately recognized who it was
