All the non-summoners wish they could open with their burst phase.
(I’m confident this record could be dropped down to 5 seconds, you’d only need to remove thirteen frames from the fight, and that could probably be done with better gear and maybe adding a tincture of intelligence during setup. I’ll revisit it once I’m done kitting out my summoner)
