Raider here. My body developed tone-deafness to that error. Literally can't hear it anymore if i am not looking for it specifically. Useful tip though

I just play the error sound to "Shave and a haircut, two bits". XD
Ngl I can't hear that noise over the ringing in my ears that's probably happening if I'm stress mashing my keys.
Again never had to turn this off.
BTW, if you want to turn it off using menus, it's in the log settings, log notifications, should be around the first checkboxes you see.

Thay sound is the constant reminder you know your skill bindo gs far too well and are ready before the cooldown timer has run out. Bit it is very annoying

I hardly notice this sound during combat, even when/if I mash the action button for the skill that’s about to come off cooldown.
Out of combat I’ll probably mash it just for the heck of it or to get a message of my chat window 😂
