☕ Welcome to RPG News, Updates and Commentary – Where we cover the latest trends in the RPG gaming grene, including MMOs, JRPGs, Online RPGs and the like! Today we received word that The New World from Amazon Game Studios will be going onto beta testing this July and finally be released in August of 2021. New areas, and revamp of the crafting system plus combat will be included.

Friendly reminder that Black Desert Online will be self published by Pearl Abyss from Kakao Games. All accounts will be deleted by May 31. Partly has to do with the fact that privacy laws prevent accounts from Kakao Games from holding old accounts indefinitely. It’s still a pretty sad situation, but still understandable at the end of the day, im my opinion.

For all the Japanese RPG fans out there, we have 2 birds of news. First one, SaGa Frontier Remastered launches April 15 and this is a classic for anyone who can remember the old school turn based, JRPGs from the 90s and early 2000s. Second, Square Enix announces tactical RPG Project Triangle Strategy for Switch. And this game certainly gives me the old nostalgic feelings from that same erea that I mentioned before!
