  1. Man, I'm a little bit jealous with you, Marco – getting to talk with Chrissy Costanza herself about her experiences singing Give It All and her career so far, it must be incredible…She also is the main singer for Hero Too from My Hero Academia(for those who don't know), and getting a chance to work with Soken and the FFXIV team has been her dream; and she has an amazing singing voice as well, being the lead singer of the band Against the Current!

  2. Two games notorious for their communities, League of Legends and Final Fantasy 14.

It will be very interesting to see Chrissy's reaction to the community welcome party for her when/if she streams her playthrough.

  3. Chrissy seems so kind, fun, and intelligent. I'd love to talk with her about all sorts of nerdy stuff and theater. I play/played a few instruments but never got into singing, yet it's something I have wanted to learn for a long time and would still like to. Seeing someone so relatable and whose work I admire is neat, so interviewing her was a great idea. Thanks for this Marco!

I never knew I knew more than one song of Chrissy Costanza's until I watched this. I haven't actually played the raids yet (so I looked away during the song part) and I don't even play League of Legends, but the song Legends Never Die is in my Liked Songs on Spotify and I love it.

I had no idea she was the vocalist in Against the Current since that's the only song I'm aware of by them. I've known she did Hero Too since that episode came out, though; Jirou is one of my favorite characters from My Hero Academia and I've cosplayed her. Her love for music has always been super relatable. So now I know 3 songs by her! xD

I'm also horrible at recognizing actors' and singers' voices by their voices alone, though. I don't know how people do that lol. My ex could do it with Japanese VAs in animes despite not knowing more than a lick of Japanese which blows my mind.

There are a handful of exceptions for me I suppose…like Gwen Stefani's voice being instantly recognizable because it's so unique. On the other hand I have listened to Kelly Clarkson my whole life but her voice is less unique (at least to my own brain) so I have trouble picking it out. Anyway, I'm super off topic now.

  4. One of the best FF14 MVs I've seen used Legends Never Die for the music in it, I'd highly suggest taking a look at it and try not to cry, it's based on as far in as Shadowbringers, so spoilers for Shadowbringers if anyone hasn't played it. The Runaway Script is the name of the channel that uploaded the particular MV I'm referring to, should be able to easily find it by searching "Legends Never Die FF14" as well
