  1. I can't get over how amazing this fight is as a healer. Is this the pivot point for the healing role in this game from here on out? If it is, I welcome it with open arms. Consider this my feedback 100%. I ADORE THIS FIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MORE!!!!!!!!! MOREEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Getting the mount drop in my new static’s first clear felt really good! Such a fun fight, especially compared to flopsinger ex. Healing through the ground pound feels really really good

  3. I feel ya. I definitely feel the same. When I look at the frequency of the mech I start thinking things like panhaima, liturgy bells and all sort of heal over time. And I did it as scholar. As scholar against ground smashing part is where kerachole and holos vs sacred soil differences shown, because more often than not we cant stack, so without too much muscle in heal over time ourself, our best bet aside from using heal boosting CD is to succor, emergency tactic succor, and succor again every time she go ground pounding. My initial thoughts about this fight was that is really made for sage, the mobility requirement as well as all the damage mitigation Needed for the frequency of the mech. Then with deeper thinking I suppose multiple heal over time could be handy against this fight too. And then I realise scholar doesn’t have much in that regards. As a scholar main I felt this fight is where my job got outcasted lol not like we couldn’t handle, just that, we’re probably worst amongst the healer jobs.

Love this fight though, the rage and the constant need for moving and focus

  4. I wished for more mechanics like P4S Curtain Call, where you actually have stuff to heal and thankfully we got it with this extreme trial!
It's such a step up for the overall enjoyment of playing as a healer with lots of movement and incoming raid damage in quick succession.
This is how you do it. Don't make the Healers DPS rotations more complicated, but increase the afford you have to do for what we're actually here for: Healing! 😀

  5. First of all, if you enjoy the fight and it something you were looking for – all the power to you, buuut:

I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary? Sure, I did it with my static, thats obviously a different scenario than randoms – but I – as usual – pressed whatever was up not really thinking about anything in particular, just being bored (well, not really, we were progging, so a lot of funny fuckups happened – but rotation wise). And no, I didn't just shove it onto my coheal, he kept apologizing for making me heal so much and the one time he died before the stompy bit I did wonder if I would have enough cd's available to get the party through, but I did, just had to burn all the aoe cds (Sage, so holos, kerachole and panhaima). And since my old coheal wanted a change of pace for the new ultimate, he and our nin swapped, so it's not like my new coheal/old ninja and I are used to each other, was our first fight healing.

Just 50 clears? How many are you planning on doing? We did like 10, so everyone had a weapon for tomorrows savage + a few extra for the ones who weren't certain which class in their role theyre going to play. Probably never going back in there…

If you do like being kept on your toes and not much of an indicator for incoming dmg, I advise you to have a look at sephiroth – tanks and group takes a good amount of dmg with barely tells (until you just remember the rotation, its still ffxiv^^)

Yh, in conclusion, happy you and according to the other comments a lot of others are happy with this – im just really suprised about this video.
