From the last video I mentioned I split 5.4 into two parts, so here is the rest of it.╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
This patch was really interesting.. Now that we averted the Eighth Umbral Calamity and stopping Elidibus, it seemed like Nemu’s adventures would return to some sort of normality. There are, of course, still unfinished business to take care of with the Beast Tribe problem and the Garlean Empire going into chaos.
And NOW there is a new threat, yknow. I didn’t know what to make Fandaniel as a character, but already he is someone with no motive but to just recreate the Final Days and assist Zenos in reuniting with Nemu. Lmao. It’s fine to joke for Fandaniel to die right-
Either way, I’m interested to see how Ishikawa plans to do with them in Endwalker. I believe she’ll make a very compelling and emotional end for the Hydaelyn and Zodiark saga. I will prepare tissues. :’)
But yes, please look forward to Patch 5.5 this week as well! Will work hard to edit it.

If you noticed, Fandaniel winks when he says he's a "sovereign individual". I think he did this as a joke considering what it means and the body he's in.
And the end of 5.4, a nice throw back with the speech there by Hyllfir, a call back to the speech Myrlwb gave in 1.0. Can't wait to see the 5.5 reactions, and thanks for all the content! Keep being amazing!

I REALLY hope that Zenos will kill Fandaniel because he's annoying him too much. xD I still would hate Zenos though but he would get at least a bit of my symphaties for that. xD

And yes, Fandaniel is definitely different from other Ascians. For one thing, he uses a different /gpose for every single line.
Have you not seen the Endwalker trailer? If not, are you going to post your first view reaction?
I loved this part of the story, it felt very ARR to be back in Limsa and deal with kobolds and pirates. I kinda hope at some point we get a pirate expansion hahaha At least Merlwyb finally had her shining moment. And G'raha is so pure, he's more than a hundred years old but acts like he's in his sweet sixteens haha I can't wait to see what Fannypack and Zenos have in store for us!

A lot didn't end up liking this patch. However with the dungeon being a great and nostalgic blast with a Kirkhopian remix of Matoya's theme that's a blast, along with the buildup it has, along with Ga Bu, I'd rank it higher than even 5.2.
If those are still gabu's parents, I guess the heat has turned them into jerky because they look pretty good still, considering the amount of time that has passed! 😆

Hades may be the most emotionally-wrecking antagonist, but Fandaniel is a full-blown villain. Crazed, unreasonable, and holding a ton of secrets, there’s a lot of potential in him, I can feel it
When Punchable Kefka comes strolling in with another form of motherfucking Bahamut tryna recreate FF6, why also stating Sephiroth is waiting in the Crater, it's just… Love this game.
