Yoshi P should probably stay out of the story writing room, if it's true the crap story pacing happened because he more or less meddled with the story and wanted to hamfist certain themes/characters into the main story, I rather have Yoshi-P focus in other areas, where his expertise is of great help. But story certainly isn't one of them.
