Man, I finally officially started the FFXIV Stormblood expansion after 150 hours of playing the regular game and the first expansion Heavensward and I haven’t felt this happy in a while. You can even tell that I was smiling from ear to ear. This game is so good dammit! I missed being in this world!

What a great reaction! I too was like this because I used to skip all those MSQ since I started the game in 2013. That was one of my biggest regret in the game. I felt Shadowbringer was gonna be different and special so I replayed the game from the beginning before the Shadowbringer launched. I am glad I did that because I felt exactly the same way. I knew who everyone was and every dungeons I played. Although I was learning backwards, I fully understood why. I didn't even thibg there was even a lore on how Summoner summons. It's wonderful to know everything because this game does feel much more alive and also you feel much more immersive.

This was beautiful! I can't even imagine how it must be, when you first watch it without context, because I was always up to date to the trailers. But I think it was something like "Huh, yeah, cool cinematics, nice, maybe I'm a bit intrigued" but nothing more? 😀
