I'm currently between lvl 71 and 90 in ALL classes except BLU (lvl 55,) including DoL and DoH, so I've looked at descriptions of most of the classes lvl 90 abilities, but I've only just now given the name of this ability more than a cursory glance. In my (limited) understanding of Japanese, I believe ogi, or ougi, roughly means "ultimate technique," so I believe this translates roughly as "Ultimate Attack: Wave/Tide Splitter."
If anyone knows Japanese well enough to make a proper sentence, (read: not me) please feel free to correct me.
