I think the reason Endwalker's theme feels so nostalgic is because this really the END. Like, yeah we get more FFXIV after this, but everything we've been fighting for, everything that the Scions and Ascians have clashed over, everything we've learned, is leading up to this finale. 10 years in the making, no matter where your WOL started their journey, it all ends here. When Endwalker plays in the final boss I'm going to cry. Just sayin' 🙂
