5:40 Ohhhhh! With his memories returning, Elidibus recalls meeting the WoL during the Pandemonium storyline, something he later forgets when his memories fray after becoming a primal. Very clever…
I really fucking hate how we just casually went back in time for Pandemonium when we were lead to believe it was a one time thing. Kinda ruins this moment in my opinion. Plus, wouldn't we be able to tell Venat about everything you found out after you beat the msq? Idk man, it's stupid
As someone who suffers from dissociative amnesia, Elidibus's story hit me like a truck. He didn't even wish to recall his memories because deep down he knew they were too painful, especially after how much he's changed (in Tales of the Shadows, it's shown that he was a very kind and loving person who adored everyone). But one day he did, and at the same time it both filled the void inside him and broke him to pieces. It was a bittersweet moment, but it breaks my heart how crestfallen he sounds in this cutscene, bearing the burdens of his whole world once again. They chose him to be Zodiark's heart because he was their heart, who wanted nothing more than to protect the ones he held dear. And it broke him beyond recognition of the kind and loving boy he once was. But despite everything the Convocation put him through, thrusting their burdens onto a child, he loved them to the end. Rest in peace my poor boy ♥︎
I was glad that we "freed" him from the tower. To me that was what made Elidibus' end in ShB sadder than Emet's was that Elidibus didn't get to return to the lifestream with his loved ones and friends….but now he finally does.
After rewatching this scene, I'm still unsure why our aether was so thin. Was it because of the time and space we jumped or was it because we're sundered? Or is it a combination?
Elidibus's DLC on sale in 6.1 LOL 😛

The ones I love and long to see again are waiting in that promised land 😞

One of the most underrated performances in the game. What a haunting voice
Such a wonderful story, partly ruined by their inability to use time travel as a plot device effectively.
8:10 “Will you still entrust your life to your foe?”
“No, but I would to a friend ❤️”
Your Character looks like Tom Holland

Finally! He did something useful for once
I really like Elidibus's voice actor
That song gets me every time, especially the way it's played in this expansion.

rewatching all these endwalker clips makes me want to play the story again, new game plus cant come fast enough.
It's like Code Vein with how perfectly they time the music to fit the moment
