I’m confused about the part that the raid leader says they had to constantly explain stuff to Wave. When they were trialing him and interviewing him did they even check his experience with hardcore raiding? He said himself he was new to this saying he started raiding in endwalker. Now it’s fair that he isn’t to your expectations but surely you’d expect to have to cater to wave solely based off his experience.

Is it any surprise that Rin who is constantly involved in drama or shady shit is involved with a static that puts emotions before reason at every single step
So we have Aya the mother fucker who can't clear content without zoom hacks and god knows what else, we also have the entire group as a whole knowing full well he was doing the shit, because when Rin "left" the group, he claimed that the group said they thought he knew. Then Rin didn't leave the group because this mf name changed. So lets be honest, the people not streaming in this group are probably using maximum technology and are most likely ass cheeks without it. Then we have Dice, the infamous trapper, the dodge list attendee. Mf buys clears, wouldn't know what a mechanic is if it bit em in the ass, and apparently has a bunch of brain damaged simps in this static. Then we have "You sound like a cock sucker" gaslightning Rin. I genuinely feel that Wave was the only "normal" person in this group, and maybe that is why he didn't fit in. The amount Rin and this group lied, continue to lie, gaslit wave and continue trying to gaslight others is absolutely insane. Rins a piece of shit, Aya is a piece of shit, Dice is a piece of shit. They need to all just find another game and community, to being pieces of shit in. Maybe Rin can get some more embeds over at WoW. Dice can buy clears in any game, maybe they should try Destiny. Absolute dumpster of a group, and they still can't clear because they are too busy being a revolving door.

i think what happened here is that they just didnt like wave. i can KINDA see what they mean by him sounding angry all the time but i think thats just how he talks. i think that they probably just didnt like him and when things escelated they decided to just get rid of him(thats how it seems to me anyways)

As a player and healer who was traumatized from a raid group during Shadowbringers, this shit is ridiculous. I won't get into my own story, but damn… Specifically when it comes to healing, I don't quite understand why it's so hard to communicate preferences for each other's kit usage. Not every player is gonna be able to read your mind, and getting angry or escalating these issues will clearly make things look worse on you (ESPECIALLY if you're streaming). With as bad as this incident is, it's hard to think about how much worse it was off stream.

watching this video i finally understanding fully what they mean. At 1st when i watch the video i tht my english fail. I was like 'how come rin say something like he is on wave's side but it felt like rin is attacking wave more than anything' . I tht my understanding was wrong cause Rin say A in 1st video while B in second video. Now as xeno's reaction explained, i realized i'm not wrong, it's rin trying to act nice after being a bad guy
tbf when I look on it from the moon now. Rin portreys ffxiv community perfectly, lying to look good, passive aggressive and doing things in toxic way while also pretending to be nice and ToS friendly
