Since I got the budget melds on my crafter might if I want to upgrade to this at some point – Going to get the 3 gatherer tools done enough.
I feel SE waste my time of relic tools when they do these upgrades. I might just stick with the crafted & pendamelded tools
The +1 physical damage is huge, it improve greatly your survivability, no need to hesitate.
I dare to say I prefer the pure blue looks of 2nd part weapon better than the red-ish version of (current) final part.
I do wish they added another bonus for this patch like how the 1.75 was. The extra stats is meh.

yeeee, if you doing macrocrafts… 1,75xGood most of time useless, because you need 100% guarantee of full 100%HQ quality. Maybe for someone who doing all crafts with own hands it's ok option or of course if you didn't do pentameld tools/gear

Using the comparison feature shows you the stats of your tool WITHOUT the meld bonus. With melds your tool's stats easily go over the relic's.
