Having left the forest we’re out into the larger world! And the story is going to immediately hit us with some dungeons and eventually a big boss – someone you may well recognise from the other FF games!

I've not yet gotten to the end of this stream, so if you're lucky someone's already informed you; you don't actually have to fully remove lock-on in order to run away from your target when dodging AOEs. You can keep your full range of movement while locked on regardless of direcrion.
I played for years and didn't learn till I started Savage raiding that this was the case. There should be an option to toggle in your settings. I forget where *exactly*, but I'm sure if you look it up or ask around someone can point the way. Otherwise respond to this comment and I'll take some time to help you out here next time I'm on.
Also, just a note, you can still use provoke at range when you're synced down to a level where you've not yet unlocked your basic ranged gcd attack.
Bummed I couldn’t be there today but that’s life. I’ll have plenty to watch on my flight back home though!
Day 3 excited to sit back and enjoy. Setting up a fresh free trial to retest the waters 🙂
pray go-for-the-first-time-to the waking sands
Yeah them redoing the early dungeons all the way through Heavensward was a nice touch and helps newer players learn mechanics early on.
the joy of WP seeing Cid in disguise is why i watch these LPs.
Edda’s story is what really sold me on this game and its ability to set up and conclude stories in satisfying ways. You assume it’s just a tragic bit of fluff, she takes a second to inflate your ego, then you carry on and forget about her. Then she comes back in a shocking way. Really great little side story.

Money: 03:04:25
WP, after you leave this dungeon is when your money skyrockets.
If it is tied to leveling up, you hit 30 at 03:03:45 though it doesn't show up until you leave the dungeon.
A bit ahead of your current run at the moment. Nice to see your progress not being as slow as I thought an MMO LP would be.
When I played last with my brother, before our restart, I too remember having to do the Waking Sands run without tickets; I also swear our initial Ifrit run was significantly harder and not thirty seconds long.
If you're curious about Gelmorra, check out page 113 of Encylopedia Eorzea, since I don't think it really ever comes up much again in main story stuff. If I recall, you can also see some bits of it here and there in the Black Shroud.
I'm one of the rare people that never watched your GW2 content. Fell in love with a few different of your play throughs and your style of let's plays. This is getting me to think about making another attempt at ff14,
Summoning a primal is just WAAAAAAGGGG
3:42:53 lost subscribers because from perspective of your youtube subs nothing was going on, not everyone is on discord my dear streamer. You have inherited from Anet lack of advertising and trying to be too good not shilling your stuff, and you should, as you make nice content. Stay working hard but also work smart. Time of not shilling is long gone, you act like fossilized elephant. Your new Stream is a lot better, it is on your main channel, and even if you lose subs becouse it is not gw2, you will gain new ones. You do not want to be forever gw2 streamer and you did all the stuff to be one, now you are doing better to be celestial streamer, not just zerker meta brain gw2. You are closer to the stars xD
