Endwalker is the finale to the story that begins in A Realm Reborn! The trailer contains music from all the previous trailers 😀
Although it's the end of the story arc that began in A Realm Reborn, they will be starting a new story arc after this one 😀
He is the Mc of the game (I believe his name (canon) is meteor? Could be wrong)

The main character is you, the Warrior of Light. He doesn't have a name, but before the planet was divided in thirteen dimensions and all souls were divided by thirteen parts scattered throughout the Shards (the alternative versions of the planet), he/she was called Azem. Or better, their title was Azem.
Edit: the division of dimensions was called Sundering. The planet was divided and the immortal citizens of eld had their souls divided in thirteen parts, each one in one of those mirrored worlds, making them mortal and creating several different species.
Curious thing if you listen to the music you can hear all the other cinematics main songs remix into new versions for this trailer

I think it's about time you guys played this game. You mentioned in past videos that you like story heavy games. FFXIV is definitely one of the most story heavy games in the series. Personally, I believe it's one of the best, ever. I've played many games, FFXIV is just the best out of all of them. That's coming from someone who played and loved the rest of the series. FFXIV is the best. You're seriously missing out if you pass it up.
Do you plan to play a specific class(es) for Endwalker?

Endwalker is gonna end the main story that’s been in the making for the past 10 years it is the final arc before a new story so it’s the best time to jump in, I’m sure many people told you but the base game (ARR) is pretty aged and really boring at parts but try to push through because it’s so worth it when you get to the expansions
