In this video I’ll show you the basics of Warrior in Endwalker. This is not a detailed job guide by any means, just a quick way to get started and get your feet wet in the expansion.

  2. As a DRG main, THANK YOU for trying to educate fellow tanks about not pulling with your gap closer. It's so, so annoying, especially now they all have an even longer range…

  3. the new Raw Intuition reminds me of the good old days in Heavensward when they used to let us crossclass Bloodbath. I'll take this as an acceptable consolation prize, three expansions later. Although I still miss the garbage with popping Bloodbath and Vengeance and getting healed off of the damage spikes from mobs hitting me.

  4. Something to note on Bloodwhetting/Nascent flash; Inner Chaos, Chaotic Cyclone and Primal Rend will always cause critical healing on hit, while an inner release buffed ability will not. From what I can tell this is because those buffs add Cure Potency 400 per target hit to all Warrior weaponskills.

My thinking is that as Inner Chaos, Chaotic Cyclone and Primal Rend have intrinsic guaranteed crits, the the game calculates that in the cure potency as well, whereas with inner release the game calculates the cure and damage separately due to inner release applying externally. Knowing this I always try to line up Infuriate/Primal Rend with them for massive 8K heals/hit and going from near dead to full HP with one Cyclone on a ~7 enemy pull. It feels good to be a self-healing dungeon AoE monster again.
