I believe it said you needed the 'Picture Frame' under Frames, but you probably should double check that, I just thought I remembered reading it in there.
I was lucky enough to get the Gaelicap from a previous screenshot contest and it's such a good one.

I've entered multiple contests and haven't even got a consolation prize. I think I'll pass, especially so I don't have to use Twitter or Xwitter or whatever they call it.
Noble barding was actually the FIRST thing I ever went for in any of the contests because I collect bardings on my main. This time I'm hoping for the paraserpent, as it's the only parasol I don't have atm.
