I really wish they would make some of these for in depth questlines available in New Game +. The Courier class quests especially! Like there are a bunch of cutscenes I'd like to see again, but there is no way unless I look them up on YouTube, which I don't remember being able to find now that I mention it.
You can find a lot of NPCs hanging around in a bunch of quests, but this one is on a whole other level.
Man, why would I want to do the turtle people tribal quest?
