    if ppl are telling you "you suck bc X" just fuck it and dont care about it. its fine! everyones got haters. for some dumb reason. just ignore them as much as you can.
    unless they got actual CONSTRUCTIVE critisism just dont adress em. they're trolls and your stuff is great! just look at your sub count to prove that to yourself!

    i always look forwards to your videos. it means theres something new in FFXIV. also your not-podcast is nice and relaxing. keep being great

  22. This was a very chill listen. I will say that I respectfully disagree with your stance on addons. They should be allowed with some obvious exceptions – such as cheating. However, I do support SQE in keeping this community more kind and accepting and think that all discussion of damage numbers should continue to be prohibited in chat.

    Double standards hurt the community and shouldn't be company policy. Treat everyone the same when they're exhibiting the same behavior. Except SQE can't or they're down roughly a million subscriptions to the game. So, if they would stop pretending to care about addons and go after the people who are cheating, that would be the best move for all of us. Otherwise, it's lip service. Also, SQE said they couldn't add check marks to game icons to show us which minions and mounts we all ready have. That was bogus because it was fixed with an addon and then implemented in 6.1 officially. I don't trust everything they say. No one should because they're a business and businesses care mostly about one thing – money.

    Also, over the years, most notably in Nazi Germany, people stayed silent for fear of retaliation. And while I don't think these two situations are comparable, it's important that people who do not approve of bad policies speak out. Staying silent, for you, makes sense because you've got a healthy YouTube channel for FFXIV. For the rest of us, like me, I'm playing the game to have a good time. And frankly, if that good time stops because I no longer have access to the addons which make the game more accessibility friendly – I'll find another game that respects my aging eyes.

    As a 41 year old lesbian who grew up during Clinton's presidency in the U.S. with policies like, "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," I learned quickly that this policy only worked for the government and left everyone else unprotected and incapable of prosecuting hate crimes. I encourage anyone who doesn't know more about this to do some research on this topic because it demonstrates how government and corporations shirk responsibility in favor of citizens performing witch hunts. And that is exactly what has happened here. It's history repeating itself in a virtual space.

The comments section on your videos and your personality really made me see the community as fun loving players who just want others to have as good a time as them. It really roped me into the game and has kept me playing since. I love this game and really hope to see you continue to make content!

  29. 1:27:00 Yes! We need more face presets! Anything to expand the character creator! Like letting Au Ra pick their faces and their horns separately or adding and removing bangs in hairstyles etc
