To upgrade skysung crafting tools u need skysung tools talk to npc outside machinist guild. Oddness to the end quest. Materials r from diadem and oddly specific items r from sky scrip and yellow scrip vendor. Rotation is Not set due to conditions but its fairly easy to follow. Food use hq chili crab hq control syrup and a specialist equipped optional but recommended. Can also use scrip gear as well.

Alright found this video as I NEEDED help trying to figure out how to do the Expert Recipe to get the i510 tools. So far I got 12/60 out of the knife items I need to upgrade. Sadly, I can't seem to hit beyond the 3500 Quality mark and got lucky once for 4000+ to get 2 of said item.
Thank you for explaining the tips needed to do this. I have more craftsmanship than yours, but slightly lower control with food item. I might need to look at the other effect boost needed to increase my stats for this step.

Anyone giving this a try with the full Handsaint gear? It's doable…but pretty much a crap shoot on whether you'll have enough CP at the finish. Food buffs put you up around 580…so you have to cut some corners. This video, however, was extremely helpful to make it work. Thanks Zane. Much appreciated.

No lie I have been trying this for 4 hours and I have only gotten one over 4600 col most evry other time I hit 3600-4200 col and I have full handsaints set using chilli crab and red syrup and there is no way to hit above 4600 col lol
So after 4-5 hours for the last 2 days it is possible to do this with full hand saints gear but you will almost always get the minimum col so you will need to craft this item 55 if your lucky to 60 times on the bad end so it’s not that bad considering you have no melds but ya just wanted to throw that out there incase anyone is wondering so yes it’s possible but it takes abit longer but still worth it and big thanks to Zane for making this possible with this video cheers bruh
A good tip is to have your curser over the condition that way you can see what each condition does and what you can do to abuse it when the right 1 comes up this means sometimes using a prep touch before innovation to get the most usage out of good or a sensitive touch before veneration what ever helps you achieve the collectibility your going for but ya thot I’d throw this out there cuz I didn’t know it told you what each condition did until I accidentally scrolled over it lol
I am 80 with Bis craft gear, I've always just done inner quiet 3 waste not 2 and it always worked. I'm on the step before this one, now it's not working and I realized I know zero of the other skills! Plus you need to do quests to obtain certain skills like manipulation. Sad, I cant progress. :[
