I can't believe Azu just wants to raid more, raid monster.
algorithm minecraft final fantasy 14 world of warcraft casual midcore hardcore raiding DSR BBQ BLT TEA.
I used to be in a world progression group from SB to right after TEA before my 1.5 year break. I'm back now, but with me working evening shifts at my new job and coming home late, I can't commit to a static. So I'm now a PF-ster. I miss hardcore raiding a lot, especially when I see streamers progging DSR.
How does one find a regular group if you are new to end game and no friends?
Hey Azurite, love the videos. Initially while watching your melee dps guides I didn't understand the "rotation" sections. I come from World of Warcraft and the classes' (most) rotations there work on a priority system. Just look at an WOW Icy Veins "Arms Warrior" Guide and you'll know what I mean (Example: Is rage above X%? If so, use Y skill or Z skill if Y skill is on cd). Anyway it took a lot of adjustment to work out the system based on a 2.5 sec GCD where you fill in the time with damaging and cooldown OGCDs and never had I ever experienced an opener rotation so consistent before that didn't rely on "procs". I didn't find any guides to help with this transition from WoW's system but your rotation guide made me realize about some abilities being OGCDs (sorry "Spineshatter Dive" I thought you were useless since elusive jump existed) and just wanted to say thanks for the content, can't wait for ninja guide. Also note, i only play tanks and melee dps so if there are "procs" in this game I don't know about them yet.
And on the subject of raiding, midcore is my favorite. I've done the hardcore raiding in WoW with mythic raids and I just can't do it anymore Mythic Nya'Lotha killed my hardcore soul. ALSO wth hardcore in this game is 7 days, 8-16 hours?! I thought 4-6 hours for 4-5 days was "hardcore"…damn
