4. FWIW 5ch is instigating some of those bans (and by "some" it's a whole whopping 2 or 3 people at the moment). If history repeats itself we'll all be back to not worrying about losing ACT or booba mods in a couple weeks like nothing happened.

   Yes, as in the same 5ch that mass-reported a JP livestreamer who was doing TEA 2 years ago and not only got his account perma'd but managed to harass him in and outside of the game.
   I'm sure this also the reason the Bagel guy got his twitch mysteriously nuked.

Don't stream yourself blatantly using systems that violate the TOS, or they will drop that Goddamn hammer. I fact, they have to if they are serious about keeping DBM-like culture out of FFXIV.
