I love how he bumbled through the boss doing mechanics right up till the last 5 seconds.
<3 the WoD soundtrack, its up there with the Nier music imo.
You seem to dislike your character and not identifying with her in any way. But FFXIV is RPG first, MMO second, I highly recommend you to change to whatever race and appearance pleases you so that you can really feel like the main character of this game (which you are), not some bunch of stats packed in a protein body.
Love that he plays it the right way.
No rush taking time and exploring all storylines and stiff game have to offer.
The doomdebuff on the first boss (that killed you btw ) gets removed by standing in those glowing circles

Damn. there's alot you notice when reviewing these playthroughs, i could not get the first time around- it is impressive how far ahead all details are to far future happenings- Like the simple reader beeping of Nero's apparatus there…
I can not help but tearing up with laughter every time he makes that kinda clown noise when the game focuses on his Character 😂😂😂 Love this play through and the banter along the way.
Preach you should do the Hildibrand quest chain for the comedy of it and the new dungeons

the first raid a sprout really feels like the training wheels are about to be removed.
I love how a lot of the lore regarding this raid is slowly expanded upon in future expansions(heavensward patches) and after completing Shadowbringers the world of darkness is seen in a very different manner, a lot of big things regarding the larger universe(allagans, void) and "cosmology" is actually being set-up here.
You really have to give props to the writing team, so many seemingly minor and "side" quests actually turn out to be very relevant to the main conflict and worldbuilding.
I can't believe he accidentally stood on the other half of the room after being hit by the first half, thus resolving the mechanic. Didn't notice the doom from the gaze but then IMMEDIATELY cleansed it on the platform.

Hey Preach, when you do get this alliance raid again do try to get to do the gastric juice mechanic, it adds alot of context experiencing it on how the Cerberus boss is done 😀
that was a very chill run. Unlike my usual runs, where healers not used to the "difficulty" spike, dps are dead and tanks are having a pissing contest. Nobody goes to belly, everybody ignore adds and Cerberus keeps cleaving the entire alliance until a wipe.
