changing color of name plates is probably more for color blind people
In pvp its says the name of their class over their heads. which settings are you playing that you don't have that?
With these new class icons next to names I never realized how popular chair was as a job.

Colour blindness is also a thing when it comes to the role colours. Red/green is the most common, which would make the difference between healers and dps indiscernable.
