  1. Of note the earring is not part of the collectors edition. It is part of the preorder. This would have been useful pre DT for me because I started right after EW and leveled all jobs to 90 before DT, but I was unable to actually get that previously. The timing for this would be perfect for anyone just missing out on the pre order for DT. Also, having come from WoW I'm never a fan of cash shop bundles. It will only get worse from here I'm afraid.

  2. Kit is ok because the earring is usually only available preorder. So even if you upgraded to the collector’s edition later the earrings aren’t there. So it’s a way to get one that is cheaper than doing the CE.

  3. they would make more if they just lowered the prices, make it all housing/glam, etc 1-2 dollars, mounts 5$ they would sell alot more i think. but you know companies gotta keep the shareholders happy…..

  4. The new kit is quite enticing as it's a fantasia plus additional items for the usual price of a fantasia. The bonus earring is also a surprise that I was not expecting SE to ever bring back. I'd honestly be interested in gifting it to a friend if they made the jump from free trial to the paid version, but it seems that option doesn't exist, which seems like such a missed chance by SE. It seems like the usual "introduction bundle" that the majority of games have anymore, so I see it rather harmless in the grand scheme of things.

  5. for unknown reasons the Werewolf feet are also useful for fashion report this week. 🙂
BUT real money it is, so if you cannot afford the set of werewolf attire or abstain from mog station for other reasons, then do not worry.

  6. Given the earrings are only available for xpac preorders, a new player could go up to nearly 3 years without having access to anything like them.
I'm also fine with it being the lvl 80, although I dislike the idea of "we can't devalue other player's preorder bonus by making it more readily available" as if other players not having it somehow made yours more valuable to yourself.
However, only having them available bundled with other crap they might not need, and only available for a limited time, is definitely not the way.

  7. I think the Adventurer's Supply Kit is pretty solid. You get an earring for leveling that is only available for pre-orders, you get a very popular and usable emote, you get a fashion accessory that was a seasonal item (which has fancy animations), ACCOUNT-WIDE fantasia, and even the aetheryte tickets are useful.

  8. The experience earrings are actually pre-order items, so this is now the only way to get them. And considering that this kit is the same price as one (1) Fantasia AND includes more than just the Fantasia, it's a steal for anyone that wants these items and doesn't already have them. I won't be buying it unless I decide to get it for the Fantasia because I might as well grab the Aetheryte Tickets if they're a free extra. I either already have (earring) or don't care (emote) or both (parasol) everything else included in this.

  9. I LOVE this Supply Kit idea! when you are starting out on a new toon your need all of these things! The only thing i'd add to it is the "dote" emote. I can't wait to get mine so it'll always be there for new toons on other servers / data centers!

  10. Dont forget for aetheryte tickets you can set a value where if the teleport cost exceeds that value, it will auto use the ticket. This way you dont waiste tickets on cheap teleports. It def adds up i still do my arr hunts/ blu log every week to buy teleport tickets with allied seals.
This message will self destruct when pf becomes a helpful non toxic environment.

  11. That Supply Kit is really good, I regret POing for Endwalker only for the earring design if we were going to get it like this tho because at the time I was in SB and could have waited. Only the earring and Fantasia is good tho.

I didnt PO Dawntrail so I hope theyll do it again with DT earring. I have everything else in it but its good for new players.

  12. I don't feel that value is worth it, but I do love the idea of other ways to get the exp earrings and the tickets. It makes me more entry level friendly I feel. Someone who wants to play with there friends and see what's the game is about before sinking money into collectors addiction ECt.

  13. For a player like me (fantasia addicted and too lazy to get my own aetherite tickets) I might pick this up! I have also always coveted that earring since I wasn’t playing when it came out, and it would be nice to have even if just for glam. The rest I can take or leave, but for me it’s a good value.

  14. I thought making account wide items was difficult and they only had a certain amount of slots to do that… whatever that means. That’s not very honest of them.

Also did they get rid of their Mog station outfit designers? We get posters and some random emotes that are already in game now.
    Nothing worth the money.
    This is depressing. 😞

  15. Interesting, though admittedly it having the glowstick emote would be a bit wasted on my current character because they already have it, and I'm sitting on 900+ aetheryte tickets at any given time, lol.

The earring and Fantasia though… almost makes it worth it to me. Almost.

  16. So what you are saying, is that the exlusive preorder items are no longer exclusive and will just be released later on the mogstation for $$$.

Well there goes my future preorders. Whats the point if it doesnt stay exclusive.

  17. It's a shame they don't sell the pumpkin heads in a bundle like they do with the Blackbosom weapons. Or even sell all the items from previous seasonal events as bundles from each year they occurred.

  18. It's good this is account wide. Honestly more things need to be account wide. I think that emote in the pack is one of the only emotes that is now? Aside from the companion app /tomestone one. The minions from various artbooks and music discs aren't even account wide.
