Well for FCs there is plenty of plots. On Shiva most of the large plots are already gone but we have a bit over a handfull still open for fierce lottery competition. Plenty of Medium FC plots are still up with not too much of competitors most of them in the Empyreum. Here on Shiva there are about 900 free plots for FCs and not even 80 for private buyers so we can see where the "need" is and where the real fight happens. Out of that 900 free FC plots, about 730 or so are located in the Empyreum. seems SE should adjust the plot distribution and better before next lottery period starts.
So I'm on Oceanic where there's just not that many free-companies, so it's just house-hunters bidding against each other – in hindsight, the smart ones would have made a personal FC to snag an easy house. Would you say I'm better to bid now on a 0-bid house and hopefully 'staking a claim' will deter other bidders, or keep tabs on the 0-bids and wait until the final hours to put a bid in?
