FFXIV Housing: Hot Spring and Japanese house tour

The winter months are long and cold so warm up in this indoor hot spring designed by Ashen Bride. This video tour shows you two Break It Down designs: making your own hot spring through an alternative (and arguably easier!) glitching method, and creating your own Asian style door with shoji screen. I hope this video can give you ideas into ways you can create your own unique features in your house by showing you alternative ways to making something you might like.

You’ll need the following for the door:
Disordered Wardrobes (x3)
Wooden Staircase Bookshelf (variable but x4 shown)
Spice Rack (variable but x8 shown)
Wooden Slats x5
Demon Wall

For the Hot Spring, you will need the following:
Indoor Oriental Waterfall (or Eastern Indoor Ponds)
Oriental Bathtub
Oriental Partitions
Glade Partitions or Glade Half Partitions
Hingan Bookshelves to cover underneath the gaps
Fool’s Thresholds

  1. Amazing design! Love the zen garden design of the hot spring!

Just a small constructive criticism on the Japanese wordings though. 見てくれてありがとう is more commonly used in daily conversation between friends. It is much more natural to use ご視聴ありがとうございます when thanking the audiences for watching.
