so let’s go through the entire process of obtaining this weapons. Weapons for the set are a separate process to go through. i would also like to give a shoutout to Breton Quinton for asking this question and prompting this video.thank you for the suggestion and i do hope this video is of help

STEP one ( once you have 1000 tomestones of revelation ) head to Eulmore and talk to Aymark and you are gonna pick the first option from the bottom that says Allagan Tomostones of revelation (other). Once in there you will buy 10 of Mowen's token (revelation) this will cost you exactly 1000 tomestones of revelation.
STEP TWO now on the same counter at the right most edge of it you will spot an NPC by the name of Yhal yal (Goblin) select him and pick the options that says Eden's promise antique exchange (DOW1/DOW2 OR DOW) and at the bottom of the list there will be a item called Defragmented Tomestone if you notice you will need 4 blades of antiquity this will lead us to the third step.
STEP 3 (TAKES FOUR WEEKS TO COMPLETE DUE TO LOCK OUT RESTRICTIONS) for this step you will have to queue for the normal mode 8 man raid Eden's promise eternity and defeat it. each time you do you will get a blade of eternity per lockout ( means you can only get one a week) you repeat this process 4 times and you can buy your Defragmented tomestone from Yhal yal . you will be ready to get your cryptlurker weapon on the 4th and final step
<FAST FORWARD 4 WEEKS>
STEP 4 now for this last after you got your 10 Mowen's tokens (1000 revelation) and your Defragmented tomestone you are finally ready to get your weapon (ILV520) Head to the NPC named…Fathard he is approximately in the middle of the counter in Eulmore and chose the Cryptlurker gear exchange there you will see a list of weapons that can be obtained pick yours and CONGRATZ your done!!! to upgrade it you will be using the same steps that we use for the armor 🙂
So I did the raid, got a lil too excited and pressed need on something other than the blade 🙃

so guys with patch 5.58 we know have all restrictions lifted which means we can now get the weapon as soon as we run Eden Eternity E12 four times so you can get your weapon is just one day. good luck out there guys 🙂

Do i have to complete Post Shadowbringers MSQ questline to be able to to talk and interact with those NPCS? thney currently arent doing anything for me

Thanks! That was really straightforward and answered my questions. I really hope endwalker makes these easier to get because there is absolutely no way I am putting in a month per piece to get those sets. This is a worse grind than WoW.
