  1. Thought I would leave an FYI on why this is now somewhat realistic and common while in Endwalker it was almost nonexistant outside of very niche situations:

    1. Life Surge value is equal on Heavens' Thrust (440) & Drakesbane (440)

Since we would previously want to use Life Surge on ALL of our buffed Heavens' Thrust usages, it was actually equally or slightly more important for us to have an Heavens' Thrust in our buff window as opposed to a Chaotic Spring.

    2. Potency Changes

Heavens' Thrust was reduced by 40 potency while Chaotic Spring was increased by 40 potency, alongside the fact HT no longer comes with a Life Surge in all cases, it makes Chaotic Spring much much stronger.

Lance Barrage is now 40 potency more than Spiral Blow, Vorpal Thrust was only 30 potency more than Disembowel.

    3. Increased Buff Values

The difference here is that we lost Dragon Sight as a 10% buff on a 120s cooldown for Life of the Dragon which is a 15% buff on a 60s cooldown.

Since the buff value of both our 60s and 120s burst windows has risen considerably, small changes will have a larger affect on our overall potency than before.
