If you go back to the apot where you saw the Sightseeing npc, there's a miqo girl npc thats a nod to a ff14 player in japan that passed away, who wrote an article about bringing his dad to ff14, there's a movie about it (father of light).

Where is Skyrim?
People in FF14 are so well behaved. They tend to keep a respectful distance, do nice emotes to interact with streamers. Sure, the trade spam is maybe a little annoying, but they don't OVERDO it. (except for Drunk Accountant, he was a bit much). Compare this to like…minecrafters visiting a public server where they just get mobbed and camera blocked and PVPed and screamed at in chat and chaos.
