FFXIV "Balloon Catcher" Title/Achievement run in Ocean Fishing

So with patch 5.4 there are a few new titles for Ocean Fishing. Here I start off with the Ballon Catcher achievement for catching 250 pufferfish as a group. This set of achievements seem to be much easier this time around.
