To be fair I never saw any tank using Arms Length as mitigation against auto attacks/casting. I would rather the tank use it for the knockback immunity, if the attack doesn't ignore it, or is a knockback, than the tank potentially being kicked off the platform of straight into a wall of death. Arms Length is one of those abilities that the secondary effects is a bit better than what it is should be used for.
So many tanks hardly use their other mitigation non the less this skill which is great for big pulls.
