As a black mage, I wish the BLM gear here was more colorful, like I get it, BLM always has the darker colors, but they still could have added some. As it is, it just feels…meh to me? Badass weapon, though.
Interesting, viera get to wear all headgear or only new.

I actually love all of these. The monk one is a little bit forgettable just because it looks like every other monk set, but they are all really, really nice.

and yet most of them are lacking their hats and helemts..so i doubt they can be designed with the new races in mind or theyd have hats by now…also i hope theyre just flat dyebale and we dont need to do some bs hoops of some kinda trial or euereka level crap to dye them

I really hope that they can put more effort towards Viera and Hrothgar backwards compatibility for head gear and hairstyles now that they're almost done adding male Viera and female Hrothgar, and that they've said they don't really plan on adding any more new races for a time.
WHM male gear once again being uglier than the female WHM set. Disappointed but not surprised.

Machinist and ninja look sick. As a PLD main, it's super sad to see more of the same with this artifact set.

Honestly, I think the tanks gear looks the best as usual, but some of the other I do really like as well, like the Sage. But what stole the show for me was the BLM and WHM weapons. I wants those so bad!
I'm sick of the AST and WHM template designs to be honest. But most of the sets look awesome. Finally a sweet SAM set! 😀
The sets look very samey with what we already have. Disappointing, tbh. I would have liked something more exotic.

so I am very certain it's gonna be another case of a certain content you have to do later on to upgrade them and unlock the dyeability of the items
I’d have to strongly disagree with your statement on the katana. From a SAM main: The AF one is beautiful and we do not have enough of its like in the game. What we have a lot of in the game in gaudy looking katanas with strangely or misshapen blades and or sheaths. 99% of the ones that have a uniform blade and sheath get a ugly tassel stuck on the end of the hilt. This same blade is PERFECT!
I can't explain why, but these gear look more "solid", "realistic" and "serious" than the other ones, I dunno if it's te collor pallete or something, but I get this feeling looking at these armor

Love the Samurai top, but not a huge fan of Hakama, so I might sub in something like Gosetsu's version which are more like pants.
This is the first Scholar artifact set that I immediately liked (minus the hat).

I get that everyone wants a bunny boy… but it would be nice to see the actual helmets… I get that you said the headpieces are turned on, but there's pretty much ZERO chance that dark knight, black mage, dragoon, and others don't have a head piece of some sort. They clearly just don't show on Viera.
