Playing FF14 on consoles is perfectly fine with controller. I play them with controller too with so many binds and uses keyboard for chat.

I mean i don't think playing on a pc with a 3080 is that differbt it's not as if the games max setting change that much, the game is getting up there in age even my old pc can max it out and it PS5 has the hardware to match.

My top tip for controller is you can assign Sprint or anything else you like to L3/R3 by editing the controller layout and assigning those buttons to Macro #98/99
