FF14玩家自制技能特效-【枪刃篇】/FFXIV GNB skill effects Mod preview



As a new job added to 5.0, gunbreaker has excellent visual performance. Therefore, I didn’t do much enhancement. I mainly enhanced the visual effects of bow shock (making it more like ‘shock wave’) and blasting zone (e11s style). Besides, the rest is mainly to add the quake effect corresponding to the explosion to the weaponskills with explosion.

枪刃 作为5.0新加入的job,在视觉表现上我觉得十分优秀。因此我没有做过多的强化,我主要增强了弓形冲波(让他更像是‘冲击波’)和爆破领域(E11S 风格)的视觉效果。除此之外,其余的主要是给带有爆炸的技能增加与爆炸对应的震动效果。

After playing ff14 for many years, I always feel that the game lacks a sense of attack, especially for some early jobs. So I think I’ll try to remake some skill effects, which may increase the sense of attack and hand feeling. However, some skills are over updated, which is my personal interest or aesthetical standard.

玩了很多年狒狒,一直觉得这游戏缺少打击感,特别是早期的一些职业特效特别拉胯,所以就想着自己试试看重做了一些技能特效,增加了打击感和手感,不过有些技能做的比较夸张,这次带来的是枪刃的技能特效预览。

  1. I just installed your other ones an hour ago, lol good timing, by the way, on the warrior one there is no screenshake for me when using fell cleave. I will try troubleshooting tomorrow.

  2. Just applied most of your mods few minutes ago, and now a mod for GNB which I main? Huge props to you my man.

    Personally think the subtle amount of tweaks you made for the effects are just on point. GNB itself already has appropriate amount of flashiness, and it might be a little too much if there are more to be added. A bit of a screen shake was just what the current GNB needed 😁
