Final Fantasy 14 has been quite a journey. Enjoy walking the end with me jocat and shenpai in Endwalker 6.0 Finale where we stop the final day with our crazy stalker Zenos who I still have mixed feelings for because he has to be the first yandere villain I’ve had to do battle with, which was both refreshing and creepy. This was a lot of fun and I hope you all will enjoy the commentary and shenanigans as I test Shenpai healing skills since I played tank. So many stickers against Endsinger what a final boss fight in FF14

Also, I need to thank Zenos, because it made me give my Warrior of Light a catchphrase, and I retroactively added it in throughout his journey, in many different tones and emphases… "Okay/Alright, I guess we're doing this, then." This time? Sheer exasperation.

25:35 The first time I have ever cried during a boss fight. Hearing our theme song blaring triumphant, The Endsinger recoiling and trying to run from us, I felt like the godsdamned Hope of the Universe in that moment… and then the lyrics came in. I'm proud to say, I kept up my rotation between the tears.
39:13 I legit sat there, staring at this screen for 5 minutes. I had aspects of all three. Ultimately, I settled on channeling my inner DBZA Vegeta: "I know you're playing me… but you're right."
He deserved to die, for all he had done to me, my friends, and the world I loved… but he had just helped me save all of those things… so I gave him a single courtesy: I wouldn't lie to him.

I mean Zenos was a bit right in the end. We player love the Challange. We going on ever harder Raids to of course get new Gear, but also to win over the Boss. After we done that, we waiting for the next Boss/Challange or we built our own challange xD

There was a post on a video that showcases the Endsinger's song that went something like "we just hit enrage phase. Ours."

I had to choose option 1 for Zenos. Every word he said is right, even as we were waiting for endwalker we were getting excited for the bosses we fight. We just came out of an incredible fight before he came to talk to us. We're excited for the new ways we can fight, we're excited for the new strength we gain for the jobs we have. We're excited for dungeons and raids. If this wasn't the case we'd just watch a playthrough for the story and never touch the game.
That and because in my WoL "lore" she was always an adventurer first, it's just that her journey to save not just lands but entire worlds was the kind of adventure most adventurers would only hear of in bard's tales so she never had any reason to refuse or push back against her role as a hero.

As for Zenos's question, I picked #1. When was the last time someone didn't call us hero, Warrior of Light, Scion etc. When was the last time we were what we were before all of those things? An adventurer? We started this journal for wonder and discovery.
