Emet-Selch is relentless AF… Messing with our heads, or dropping truth bombs 😬?! STILL don’t trust that gosh darn Exarch either, but maybe I’m just paranoid. I sense we’ll be finding out soon enough…

  1. SO MUCH TO COVER – Dropping this video now and then, Zodiark willing, a SECOND video later tonight that I'm expecting to be MASSIVE 😆 (Based on your guys' hype anyhoo, so well played getting us psyched god damn it)

  2. The conversation with Emet at the bottom of the ladder is extremely meaningful. Few things you may have missed. 1. Emet believes that every soul alive today was originally from his shattered paradise, but calls most people "half-man". 2. Emet has only talked one on one with the WoL and the Exarch, no one else. He asked the Exarch, "Who are you?" He has never asked you that question. 3. Emet's language is very familiar with the WoL and he opens up to you readily which is not how he talks to anyone else. In fact, he opens the conversation with a compliment which is in contrast to the majority of his conversations. 4. Before you left (previous video), Emet said that if the WoL was able to absorb all the light, he might have a way to end the conflict "without bloodshed" theorically meaning he might no longer need to cause calamities. 5. All names of the Lightwardens, the name "Talos", and the even the floating city in the sky all come from Greek Mythology.

  3. As I am reading the comments I would like to lower some expectations.
The reminder of the story isn't that great No it's great. Nothing to lower there XD
5.3 is also great as everyone says! But I think we overhype 5.3 because of recency bias. I think 5.3 is "only" as good as the conclusion of 5.0 😉
Can't wait. Seems like I will have to wait all night long :O

  4. when you wave Ardbert on the lift, no one notices the pantomime going on behind. the guy directly behind him thinks you are waving at him to come on. he looks to get super excited until the woman next to him motions like saying you think the warrior of darkness wants you come with them, ya fool. then he gets really upset and depressed looking.

  5. "I daresay, are these heartstones?"
"No, they seem to be hearthstones, and on the back they say 'made in azeroth' where ever the bloody hell that is. found a whole pile of them in a ditch to the north."

  6. There are sadly a pair of places in Kholusia that you will be unable to gain access to, the Dwarven homes. If you are a Lalafell you can walk in and explore. Everyone else is too tall.

And yes, Urianger did debate asking the fae for help, but wrote them off as too much of tricksters to be helpful.

  7. Lali-hooooo! Thank you for the reaction video! Emet and Exarch dropping those juicy lore bombs and feels and I love it! <3

Looking forward to seeing your reactions to the next video and to "that" scene ( ;w;)

  8. just a random observation, starting at 18:34 you can see one of the randomly placed world bosses for this zone, just hanging out. Talking to a certain npc in the region will give you it's backstory for why it might seem like a familiar creature

  9. Even though it's a bit slower, I loved seeing everyone come together, first for The Ladder, and then the Talos. It's the feel good moment of everything you've done so far paying off!

  10. Is it weird that I'm still a little salty that neither Cobrak or his wifey picked the "yes, mother…" option from Y'shtola in the last video? I know I should just get over it but it actually haunted me in my dreams last night! Like, the flavor dialogue is one the things I enjoyed most in Shadowbringers and it ties into a theme with Y'shtola and maybe possibly hopefully one of them will visit the inn, re-watch that particular scene, and choose that option just to see it.
