Also just incase go to each quest in Ultima Thule. If the quest has an image in it do that quest just to make sure you're ready to start the Tribe Quest.
The item level is not true though for the varient dungeons at least, it already confirmed u only need to be 575 maybe the other one is 610 but but the story mode version u only need to be 575
Gatherer at 80 should be enough.
Why does your audio sound like a commercial pilot making an announcement?
For any new players who need to level a gatherer quickly:
Do your daily grand company request: These give a shit ton of exp.
You can do the namazu at lvl 60 and I forgot the name of the Shadowbringers beast tribe in the La-hee forest but yeah those should get you to 80.
Leave quest for gatherers are quick and offer a lot of exp specially if you add difficulty levels.
Finally you can always go do the diadem.
I just finished hildibrand from arr til finish few days ago, speed run it, i don't care about the cringey dialogs💀

Did the hildebrand quests and just used up all my poethics so you could say im perfectly bad prepared.
Hildy Quests are so fun but they take soooooo much time, and i like them a lot so its taking me a HUGE chunk of time
