Over all I mostly agree with this list. I wouldn't move anything more than one spot.
I think 11 should move up a spot. I think it's comparable to p2 especially when you consider ppl cheese overflow 3 with tank lb. I would also would drop 7 down while the end of the fight is different the 8 or whatever mins leading up to it are so easy that I can't really see it in the same tier as p12 or even p9. I really wanted to put p12 p2 in a but I think you make a good point about the dps check. They should give the health they took from p8 and give it to her 😅. my Savage experience is only limited to last tier, but UGH P8S was such a pain. didnt help my static had to learn weird strats because our SGE couldn't learn PF strats.
