This one is a bit outdated since it came out before ShB, which mean it cannot include a lot of change that happens.
Your chat probably told you already, but this describes the jobs pre-Shadowbringers, so the jobs don't work that way now. =) For example, the tanks no longer have tank and damage stances, they only have tank stance and not tank stance.
Larryzaur's got a more updated version of this for Shadowbringers, so some of what you saw in this video is somewhat outdated and inaccurate, and it doesn't include GNB and DNC.
