This request was made with a small section of the house already furnished. The centerpiece with the 3 mannequins against the wall is what the FC made. They fell in love with it and asked that I incorporate it in the build. The theme being a guild hall where they wanted a bar and a trophy room. This design took a bit more thought, because I like making my designs feel open.
They originally wanted the bar to be the first thing you saw when you entered the house. However, the plans I had for the ceiling made the bar placement have a very low ceiling. So, I decided to swap the weapon display they made with where the bar was going to be. Putting the bar on the side and the weapon display as the centerpiece. Then elevating the ceiling for the bar, making it feel a lot more open. The bar also underwent many changes. A lot of the ideas I came up with just didn’t stick. Then I thought of combining the fireplace idea I used for my Amaurot build as the base for the bar. I think it fits well, especially since the pillars and marble give off a more elegant look.
Then we move onto the guild master study. This area was meant to me the trophy room, but I was over eager with how much space I had left. After adding the windows, there wasn’t really space to put a bunch of trophies. So, I had to brainstorm other things for this room instead. I knew they wanted to include a fish tank for the new turtle, so I decided to include that in my plans for the room. And then it kind of just turned into the GM’s room. Even though it was the last room I worked on, it turned into a quick favorite. Especially with how the desk turned out!
