As an Evil Pikachu, and a Lalafell tiny enough to get away with it, I like to hide in tall grass and pretend to be a random encounter.
If you're gonna try to hide in plain sight as an npc, you can't be a rabbit. Viera npcs don't start showing up until ShB zones
