in my opinion most arr Relics are like the end glam, when you have it you don't need glams anymore. ( for now 🙂 )
I have high hopes for the Manderville weapons, its been hard to top Aettir in my eyes
Nothing beats the Honorbound Recollection and the Tenacity Recollection. Those are an easy number one for me.
As a holy class, I feel there is a surprising lack of holy shining weapons, most are actually dark or fire
Whoa what's that chest piece in the first glam? The Ultima Weapon sword and shield.
I got the ARR warrior relic and I just can't bring myself to go through that again. I'll just stick to heavensward relics until we get more Mandervilles. Bozja is basically dead and I haven't been able to finish DR yet because of that and Eureka is just too much of a time investment to be worth it for 1 – 2 weapons that I may want.
Once I get PLD to 90, I will be equipping those Manderville weapons ASAP. Pretty much exactly what I am going for with my PLD look.

Zantetsuken and Augmented Shire Shield in slate grey dye combo is perfect for me 🙂
I really like the Sword of the Forgiven (L79 dungeon) for a non-effect sword that looks really good. It's got a great design and color scheme that looks especially good with brighter armor sets.
The Neo-Ishgardian Sword has the same design and is dyable but the gems inlaid on the sword are all the same color. The gems on its forgiven counterpart are red, blue, yellow and green. It reminds me of old school FF plots with the four elemental crystals, which I think is cool.
I enjoy the look of the Gordian sword and shield simple in design yet the colouring of it can change it drastically

Galatine Anemos/Evalach Anemos are my favorites. The base model and textures are beautiful, and the particle effects don't overwhelm them. And they're from the first Eureka zone so they're not hard to get.

I’m leveling PLD now and I have to say I really love that bucklers aren’t considered weaker than kite shields. I love high level shields on the smaller side!
i have a question, once your done with a relic weapon line, can you just get the previous stages without having to grind it all over again?
As a GNB main I'm very jealous of their amazing glams & weapons… however I bet they are jealous of my damage.
Sharpened Sword of the Twin Thegns and Sharpened Shield of the Twin Thegns from HW relic weapons go amazingly with the paladin 90 job gear.

Great list! I am loving the Manderville set and really hoping they do something new and creative with the particle effects. It would be cool to see the eagles cast, like a hologram from the shield.
Maybe basic but the Aettir and Prywen Lux are pretty much perfect in my eyes.

I think the Edenchoir Bastard Sword looks awesome too, I love when the guard of a sword has wings on it. The shield counterpart, the Edenchoir Scutum is a pretty cool tall shield.

One of my favorites not mentioned here is an oldy but damn, the high allagan sword are shield are so good. In general I love the high allagan stuff with its high contrasts but I specially love the sword and shield.
As a trash PLD and still in SHB leveling, I run a somewhat minimalistic with the Sword of the Round and the Fortemps shield. Looks good and clean.
Can someone tell me if there is a slightly easier way to get Curtana and Holy Shield Ultima?

Yes Paladin thnx it's now my main but haven't delved in glamor weapons to much. Like the Lux blue flame edition. Don't like the more Dark weapons cause I'm going for a more holy knight esthetic. But if going more DRK themed then those weapons definitely work and are very beautifull. Am hoping for good Manderville glow too. The Mandeville gives of a Link Hylian shield vibe. Whish the sword was a bit slimmer tho.
So SMN lux and PLD lux. Are all the Lux weapons that good?
