For those out of the loop, according to some users on reddit and the official forums Xbox (Microsoft) are banning players for using official in game words such as “Free Company” under the reasoning of “solicitation”. If you’ve played FFXIV you know why this is a problem.

On pc i got banned for 3 months for saying "Snakes" in Syrcus Tower last year winter. They told me they couldnt appeal for saying that harmful word.
So 'Free Company' is on a super-naughty-red-flag-words-list and gets you banned. Additionally, the chat filter ignores whitespace and doesn't utilize a whitelist/dictionary of normal approved words?
God, it's like early Lost Saga's chat filter, but a step down…
