I don't know why people want you to speedrun msq, imo you're already going at a fast pace. I get distracted a lot by side stuff and hanging out with friends so it takes me a while to do msq.

Also, avoiding all spoilers as I say this, on the topic of the 7th umbral calamity, it was unaspected (unlike the previous 6, which each matched to an element). Bahamut was the catalyst for it on the source, but we do not know what element the corresponding shard was tipped towards. All we know is that it was astral in nature (Meaning it corresponded to change and motion, which could be wind, fire or lightning, or a mixture of them all).

Hahaha, as someone with dyspraxia I get different things helping or not helping with a strange brain, but I'm at the opposite end of the scale because my brain goes through extra hoops to process visual and audio info so I get stressed and overwhelmed by the amount of stuff on the screen. I hang with a chill FC and I want to go raid with them but thus far I've been kinda scared to attempt it since I'm pretty sure I'm gonna take at least 3 times as long as a normie to learn the process and I have issues with people pleasing and get scared of slowing down other people even in as nice a community as FF14. I'm hoping to try it this year though, you could say it's like a new years resolution of mine to try and be less controlled by my mental health issues.
There's some very good lore videos on the history of eorzea and how aether works that I watched going into endwalker to help get a handle on things, but I think they might have spoilers for shadowbringers so best not to look them up until you're more up to date

As far as the Shadowbringers role quests go, the Tank RQs are good, but I found that the best ones were the Ranged DPS RQs. The writing in those ones just hit different.

As a fellow hoarder… don't wait until the end of Endwalker to clean your inventory, you will regret it. (Spoken as someone who is roughly mid way into the xpac). The glamour dresser, armoire and the saddlebag are your best friends.
Also, embrace the kid sized mounts, they're the best. I went as far as to name my chocobo Nugget as a lala 😛
About the size of pulls, people tend to be hesitant about sprouts doing big pulls, especially if they get the notification that someone's new. Additionally, leveling dungeons sometimes feature some weird defense scaling (Bardam's Mettle is probably the best example of this) where damage spikes higher and pulls are harder. You should expect to see bigger pulls more often in later content, particularly dungeons that are or were max-level content at one point.
