Today we’re checking out treasure maps in Final Fantasy XIV! It’s no big secret that they’re one of the best money making methods in the game, and can be tons of fun as well. I’m just in it for the achievements, but it never hurts to earn a few million gil in the process. So join me on some dumb Shadowbringers and Endwalker treasure map adventures.

You regularly pronounce perfectly names and words with antiquated, obscure, or outright foreign origins and keep using the phrase "Let us away" in this video. Do you have a literature or theater background? I'm genuinely impressed.

The gap in map prices is crazy. Most maps sell up to 10-15k on Elemental. At most, I've seen 25k-30k for Boarskin but that's it.

ive been soloing level 60 treasure maps for a while, i just gather one a day and run em when i have 3 or 5. last month, i got two full clears in back to back runs! up to 10/20 full clears of the aquapolis

Status update: Lalachievements score 16,470.
Not much to report. I finished the EW FSH splendorous tool, and so picked up Vrandtastic: Lodestar Fishing Rod, because the gatherers require very little actual investment to finish beyond time. I've started spending excess scrip to buy the mats that I'll eventually need for the last two crafter steps, but I don't expect that to go anywhere any time soon. And that's basically it. I did end up fully pentamelding crafter and gatherer gear, for reasons. Spent about a million blue cowries on materia.
Only other thing I've been working on is getting more involved in finishing ARR relics, and that's not for achievements since SE couldn't be assed, it's just so I can clear out all the inventory slots that mats are taking up in my inventory. I have about 2/3 of the alexandrite I need for materia step, and all of the mats I need for quest step, but I still have to finish book step on 4 jobs, so I've resumed working on that, trying to do one book a day to keep from burning out on it again.

Zalera Player here, We don't care too much about them because everybody keeps overcapping on their maps on a weekly basis for drunken map nights on fridays and saturdays. I may be a lunatic who plays DRK, but trust. We just have a ton of them.
I get that you're usually drunk recording these but why on earth would you solo maps on warrior? There's literally no reason to. You're wasting your own time. Have you ever heard "time is money"? Why are you willing to penny pinch by server hopping for cheaper maps but you'll stand there plinking away on enemies for minutes on end?
You know, if I wanted to get that PS5 trophy for raiding the Excitetron, I should just join your stream, Cider! I mean, you guys easily kill it! ^_^

For some given reason, I didnt got the achievement for killing 50k enemies until yesterday. Also got GNB and MCH to 90 plus the 10 victories on Seal Rock with Maelstrom with probably other achievement I've forgot
