I feel that the housing situation should be FC only and then you can rent apartments in that FC but as far as my own house, I feel as though they should allow you to build your own house in the new island area they talked about. This will allow more space and grow a bigger community and pride in that FC house, since furnishing my FC and my house is really hard as it is.
