Saw a mentor today with multiple classes at 80 and they didn't use ogcds on dragoon and just waited the full cooldown between attacks lol. Its staggering how many of the player base is clueless. Its up to content creators like yourself to provide great info. I think most of us would be awful without people like Weskabler.
